Cost of surgery : That depends on a lot of things. If your insurance covers 100% and your deductible is met, you have nothing to pay. If your plan is 80/20, you might have to pay 20% of $50, 000 - $70, 000 (total hospital bill). Then there is in and out of network. Your surgeon might be out of network which usually costs you more (but the upside is that you get to go to the doctor you want).
