Diet/exercise: Good for you for getting yourself back in shape. It's going to be challenging, but if you persevere you'll be successful. Start with cutting back on how much you eat. Eat 3 well balanced meals a day and two small snacks. Limit the simple carbohydrates (no refined sugar or wheat), eat lots of vegetables and fruit. Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. You can do it!
