Is it safe to take restasis while pregnant?

No: Restasis is a diluted version of cyclosporine, which is a drug used to prevent organ transplant rejection. Although highly improbable that this eye-drop could ever affect your pregnancy, it would be much more prudent to use an over-the-counter artificial tears product instead.

Category C Drug: Meaning animal studies show adverse fetal effects but no controlled human studies or no animal or human studies. Given Restasis is used to treat dry eye (not usually a very dangerous condition) i would stop it. Ask the eye doctor who prescribed it for you.
