Not certain: It sounds as if you have a urinary tract infection. Chills, suggesting that you also have fever, is a little unusual in simple bladder infection. That indicates that a full evaluation by a doctor is in order. Assuming your "discharge" is vaginal, both this and the UTI may have been related to sexual activity. This too can be evaluated by your primary care physician.

UTI: The symptoms you describe are consistant with a urinary tract infection. See your doctor and get a urinalysis and urine culture. You probably need antibiotic treatment with septra, levoquin, Cipro (ciprofloxacin) or keflex.
