To elaborate, i am experiencing more frequent urination, slight changes in discharge (less discharge and very little of it but more watery discharge), slight discomfort in vagina like sort of a tickling feeling that is slightly itchy, leaking feeling?

Vaginitis: Vaginitis is an infection of the vagina. Most commonly caused by yeast infection, but othe causes include trichomoniasis, and bacterial vaginosis. Sexually transmitted diseases like GC and chlamydia possible. Even a foreign body like a retained tampon possible.
