Old heart attack: This is (if it's real - never trust the computer read on an ekg) a prior heart attack in a specific region of the heart. Essentially the "front middle, " it's usually associated with a prior blockage in an artery called the lad. Discuss with your cardiologist if it's real as you may need medications to decrease future risk of additional heart attacks.
