Can vns therapy cause stiff neck muscles? i had the implant done in june, and a few weeks ago started noticing tightness in my neck and jaw.

NOT DIRECTLY: Usually there is satisfactory post-op healing within 2-3 weeks allowing initial programming. The tightness in neck and jaw at this point would be very unlikely to have any relation to the vns unit, and more likely due to other causes such as cervical strain or TMJ dysfnctn.
