Coughs differ: Different triggers for cough can produce different types of cough. Dry cough can be from asthma or irritation. Wet cough from mucus in the chest or allergies. Cause can also be determined by looking at duration and severity of cough. I would recommend evaluation in order to determine cause and proper treatment.
