Possible eczema: Dry, flaky skin around the nipples can be a sign of nipple eczema, which is not uncommon. The hormonal changes of pregnancy can induce eczema in some. I would have this area examined by your OB or primary care physician to see if that is all that is going on; if they are not sure, a dermatologist should be able to help!
