Could be infection: Urinary tract infection is quite common, much more in girls, but happens in boys too. Taking care of an autistic child is very challenging because of communication problems. Since he is pulling on his private and showing it to his mom, it is likely that he is having some trouble such as pain when he pees and urges to urinate etc... I suggest getting him to see his doc for eval/treat. Good luck.
