My daughter says she has a lump in her vagina and it is painful.?

Get it checked: The age of your daughter matters in what it could be, but i'm assuming she's a young child. Foreign bodies, cysts, or an abscess are very possible. You should inspect to see if anything is obvious, and take her to the pediatrician to be checked.
