How can a 2 yr old avoid uti? how can i make my daughter more comfortable with uti?

Hygiene: Urinary tract infections are not that common in children, and most kids won't get them regardless. However, proper wiping hygiene, wiping front to back, helps. Keeping the area clean in the bath, but not causing irritation, avoiding bubble bath. Some advocate cranberries, which may help (juice or supplement). Baking soda baths are soothing to vaginal irritation. Diaper cream and Hydrocortisone too.
