Maybe: Ecstasy is a completely different drug than cocaine. Is it more addictive to teenagers than adults? Probably not. Neither drug is a good idea. In my opinion, teenagers should not use either.

Probably Not: Cocaine can create a strong psychological dependence which leads to severe addiction. Ecstasy appears to be a less addictive drug that is less likely to create a dependence or craving. However, ecstasy can causes it's own problems, especially the increased likelihood of the user getting involved risk-taking situations.

Possibly: It is common for addicts to have there drug of choice, and for some, that can be ecstasy or mdma. The problem with mdma is that one may feel extremely down and depressed when it wears off, causing the user to do more and more, leading to a vicious cycle. Cocaine can do the same.
