Possibly: Most people with eating disorders have complex issues (comorbidities) including generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, ocd, depression, poor self image, ad/hd and others. So, compared to kids without ocd, those with it are more likely to have associated conditions, including eating disorders.

Association: There is an association between anorexia and anxiety disorders such as ocd. However, having OCD as a child does not automatically mean that you will have anorexia.
