Maybe: The link of marijuana to tongue cancer is not conclusive. Marijuana contains chemicals which are carcinogens and some data suggest increased risk of oral cancer. However, a definitive link has not been proven and most organizations have no conclusive position on this issue.

Maybe: A case report from 1990 showed the possibility of lingual cancer in two men without other known causative factors. See <the journal of laryngology & otology / volume104 / issue11 / november 1990, pp 896-899>.
