Unlikely: Jaundice is a generalized skin condition, where the thinnest areas of skin (scalp, face, trunk) will be the first to appear yellow. As jaundice increases, you will notice it in the extremities (hands and feet).

Unlikely: Because of consumption of yellow vegetables like carrots, squash etc, it's fairly common to see yellowish discoloration of the skin including the feet of the older infants and toddlers. It doesn't have any long term effects.
