Is there a difference between qigong and tai chi?

Yes: Qigong is oriented towards health and well-being. Tai chi was originally a martial art, but is now used for it's health effects as well. The movements are different in these two approaches, but both are beneficial.

Qigong: is the parent of tai chi. There are thousands of forms of qigong, many very easy to learn. See www.nqa.org for more info. Peace and good health.
