No such thing: Detox is such an appealing concept... It seems logical we can take a tea or herb or medical preparation and sweat or bathroom out all the carcinogens, toxins, bad food and bad habits we are exposed to. But sadly there is no magic bullet here... Colon cleansing, detoxifying, are all not helpful and can often be dangerous. Once stuff is in the colon, its already on its way out.
