No, it won't help: Ayurvedic medicines do not make a person taller. By age 17 years, almost all teens have stopped growing taller because the growth areas at the end of their long bones have "fused" or "closed". A teen's pediatrician can plot his heights (from several years back) onto a growth chart to reveal when the teen finished growing. Adding more growth hormone can cause side effects instead of more height.
