What is the reason for sudden high palpitations?

Fast heart rate: Palpitations typically occur because of fast heart rates. Fast heart rates that began suddenly are usually abnormal and usually need further evaluation. On the other hand, fast heart rates that began gradually or have a warm up period can be normal. Of course, there can be exceptions to these rules.

Palpitations: These are caused by many things. Stress, excitement, irritants both physical and chemical, pressure like a hiatal hernia or esophageal push or pull, and primary heart things, the causes are very many in number.
