Several: This just refers to the location in the heart of a lack of blood supply. The possible treatments are medication, angioplasty with stent, or surgery (bypass operation) if there is a blockage. If the reason for the problem is something other than a blockage, such as anemia or lung disease resulting in a low oxygen, then the treatment would be directed at correcting the primary problem.
