Is ischemia reversible? what is the most recommended medical treatment?

Too many questions: Ischemia can be reversible or irreversible.Where is the ischemia? Is it reversible? How was the determination of ischemia made?Depending on the location of the ischemia - which is insufficient blood flow to any part of the body - the 1st step would be confirmation of the diagnosis usually by an angiogram. If the ischemia is reversible, and depending on location, it might be revascularized.

Yes: Ischemia is caused by low or inadequate blood flow and oxygen delivery to a tissue: heart attack stroke amputation renal failure are sequellae of ischemia reversible mostly unless tissue death medication, ( nitroglycerine), bypass , angioplasty, can all increase circulation and reverse ischemia.
