Low sodium: Change diet habits - think of salts, try to subsitute sodium salt for potassium salt, eat veg rich in potassium and magnesium both will help lower bp. Take shittake mushroom supplements which has beta glucan this will dilate blood vessels and lower bp. Take n-acetyl cysteine will detox and reduce ros in body, methionine supplements will lower homocysteine and help bp. Bita sitosterols will help.
