Internal requirement: Many practices use this and use this for chronic angina. So patients use ntg and this modality hopefully would help. Some problems that could be encountered would be leg and thigh pains if severe peripheral vascular disease is present. Pressure elevation can occur so this needs to watched for during the procedure.

EECP: Yes this is usually done in patients with significant cardiac disease, so a cardiologist should be present in the office when it is performed.
