What is difference between echocardiogram and echogram?

?nothing: I believe they are the same - of course someone may come up with some differences - but in reality i think its just that someone forgets the "cardio" from the word -.

Probably nothing: Most likely they refer to the same thing which is an ultrasound of the heart. Technically however, an echogram could examine any part of the body with ultrasound.
