Getting healthy: Getting healthy before getting pregnancy is ideal. Make sure you are a healthy weight, exercise regularly and eat well. Having necessary dental work done before conception is also a good idea. Start taking a prenatal vitamin and make sure your vaccines are up to date. Don't get any vaccines unless you are at least three months from conception. Other than that...Forget you are trying!
