Healthy lifestyle: You need to eat a balanced diet with a great variety of fresh vegetables (green leafy, celery, zucchini, green beens, cabbage family, root vegetables, less nightshades; grapefruit and other tropical fruit in the morning for enzymes, goat and sheep dairy, sockeye salmon, containing astaxanthin, sardines, chicken, turkey, some beef, plenty of sping water. Adequate sleep and mild to moderate exercise.
