Many: Although the most commonly associated conditions involving chest pain include cardiac issues like heart attacks, stenotic vessels, pericarditis, etc., pain can also be caused by other conditions. Pneumonia, copd, and bronchitis can all cause chest pain, as do sarcoidosis, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, and a myriad of others.
