Several: There is a close relationship between migraine and vertigo so that it actually is named mav or migraine associated vertigo. The vertigo can be benign positional vertigo or meniere's disease. Motion sickness is also more common in those with migraine.There is also a relationship between migraine and panic attacks. Panic attacks are commonly associated with vertigo and with chest tightness.
