Over : Over the counter Loratadine which is the generic claritin, (loratadine) can often help. It will not provide immediate relief as many decongestants will but will help and should not affect your blood pressure.

Agree : Agree with the recommendation for claritin, but also want to warn you about the use of decongestant nasal sprays. These will also elevate blood pressure and if used for more than 3 days puts you at risk of a rebound phenomena that will cause an "addictive" like dependency because of increased nasal congestion that will also block sinus drainage. Instead rely on saline nasal sprays.
