No : No one is immune from the damaging effects of the sun. Some people with dark skin, hair and eyes (fitzpatrick skin type 4) are less effected by the damaging effects of the sun. Always wear sunblock with spf45+ when out in the sun, even in the winter and, if female, consider makeup with skin block.
