Please call your OB: At 38 wks preg all ?S should be directed to your doc who knows you, you may be trying to go into labor and the baby may be dropping, if you were my pt, i would check the baby and do a cervical check to see if you are dilated and where the head is at, and a piece of advice form someone who has done 5k deliveries, don't go past your due date too many bad things can happen, easy to induce, and safe.
