Unfortunately : Unfortunately the only way that you can determine the nature of your problem and obtain the proper treatment is to get examined by your physician. Based on your history and symptoms the most likely causes for the problem are infection and an std. See you physician as soon as possible because there are long term implications.

Hi. : Hi. You already got some good medical advice. Becoming sexually active means taking on a significant responsibility. Aside from parenthood, there is also preventing and treating any possible sexually transmitted diseases. Most people don't feel positive about a possible std and would rather forgo a doctor's visit or having a parent know. I recommend that you not avoid this. I encourage you to tell your parents and to get proper medical attention.

Urethritis: This is almost certainly urethritis -- whether it's gonorrhea, chlamydia, one of the less-well-known microbes, trichomonas, or the result of nibbling on those little hot peppers will be for your physician to sort out. Please get with your doctor now. Best wishes.
