It : It is possible. If what seemed like an unusually short period was actually spotting (possibly related to implantation). Pregnancy symptoms can start as soon as a period is missed. They can can include swollen and tender breasts, lack of period, nausea, vomiting, headache, strange food cravings, widening abdominal girth, increased urinary frequency, insomnia, passing gas, feeling tired, mild cramping, and moodness. If your HCG was too low to trigger the pregnancy test, it could have given you a negative result. You could repeat a pregnancy now.
