No: The bundle branch may stop functioning due to age related cell death or some other process which damages the heart. Sometimes patients have intermittent bundle branch block. This may be related to the heart rate. The bundle branch does not regenerate.

Usually not: Left bundle branch block (lbbb) develops when 2/3 electrical "wires" in the heart stop working. Many patients can have LBBB and no sx. Lbbb usually reflects aging of the heart but can be seen in a variety of pathological heart conditions. Rarely, medicines which affect the speed of electrical conduction in the heart can cause LBBB which reverses. This technically not cellular regeneration.
