Combining the the length of time you have been feeling this way and the fact that they seem to be worsening you should see your physician as soon as possible before thing deteriorate further.

Subacute flareup...?: If you have not had this increase in your symptoms evaluated, see a musculoskeletal specialist, like a physiatrist or orthopedic surgeon. You may have a subacute exacerbation of chronic pain, but these symptoms could be due to a new problem as well. A good musculoskeletal specialist can help you distinguish between the two. Treatment approaches in each instance differ, depending on the diagnosis.
