Without : Without seeing the "bump" it is difficult to tell you exactly what it is, but a raised firm rounded white-tan lesion in the vaginal lining may (among other things) be a vaginal wart or condyloma. If you have access to healthcare, this would be something to have examined by a provider who could tell you whether or not a biopsy would be in order.
