It depends: If this is a new problem, it is likely due to irritation in the vagina, commonly caused by yeast infection or contact dermatitis; rarely you could be allergic to the tampon.
I would recommend you visit your gyn for an exam.

Probably Bartholin's: It's most likely a bartholin's cyst which is benign unless it gets infected. Check with your gyn to confirm with an exam and options are to leave it alone, drain it, or excise it. If infected, they can become very large and painful & need to be incised for both relief & treatment. Take care.

That : That is a concerning symptom. Yeast infections can cause white discharge but they usually are associated with severe itching. There are other infections that can cause white discharge such as trichomonas. It is important that you have this medically evaluated. If you develop pain, fever, or vomiting then please be seen as an emergency.

That : That could be several different things. Sometimes, if a patient shaves, then a hair follicle can get infected, this is called folliculitis. Another possibility is called Bartholin's abscess, when the glands of the labia (the outer portion of the vagina) get infected. Other infections can also cause this such as staph. Please have a complete gynecological infection to get this checked. If you develop increased pain or fever then you must be seen as an emergency.
