The : The soap you use is very important. For instant soaps like "irish spring" or "lever 2000" can be very harsh on the skin. Soaps or cleansers that contain moisturizers can be much gentler on the skin. "caress" is especially gentle. This way you are not stripping the skin of all of it's moisture before you apply lotion.
