Without : Without a clinical exam and radiographs, it is impossible to make a diagnosis. The issues with your ear, presence of wisdom teeth, and discomfort upon opening your mouth each could be the source of your pain and each have their own separate treatments. The only way to resolve this problem is to see a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon for an evaluation because they have the training to evaluate and manage all three issues you describe. If it is an infection, which it sounds like, i would not wait until your insurance to kick in. You may have to pay for an exam, bit if it is a problem with the wisdom teeth, their extraction may be delayed until the insurance takes effect.
