The : The concern many have expressed about not having insurance or funds available for help is very disconcerting. When we compare the U.S. To other industrialized nations and their medical coverages that we don't offer, we can readily recognize that a crisis in health care looms large. That doesn't help you right now but you may want to contact, through the internet as you describe, various legislators and let them know of your dilemma. Back to you specific concern, there is a question of how soon after delivery of your last child did the anger begin? If soon after delivery, a family history of mood disorders, a personal history of mood swings especially beginning in adolescence, then we have to be concerned about bipolar illness. Of course this can only be assessed by a professional and not via this means. The question then is how to find the help? I wonder if you are close to a university center that has a medical school? Or if your area has a free clinic you could at least call and speak to someone on the phone to find out what resources are available. It does sound like some professional intervention is going to be important, especially when you describe (a very treatable) social anxiety that significantly limits your freedom. In the interim, i recommend a book called "angry all the time" which may give you some behavioral assistance in dealing with the intensity when it comes on.
