You : You are certainly not overweight based on your observation that you have large thighs. This is simply your personal observation, but it doesn't mean that you are overweight. Certainly adding some exercise is a good idea for anybody, even people who think they have normal thighs. Remember we all have certain trouble spots, guys have their love handles to worry about. Just concentrate on eating smarter and exercising more consistently.
