Unless : Unless ruptured, a sebaceous cyst is classically round , well-demarcated, intimately related to the dermis of the skin (i.e., skin doesn't move freely over it), can be of variable size, may or may not be tender depending on whether it is infected at the time, may have a central pore visible over its surface, and usually grows slowly over time or may not change once established.
