Hello. : Hello. You could be pregnant if that was implantation spotting and not your period. Symptoms of periods include: lack of period; nausea; vomiting; increasing abdominal girth; swelling and tenderness of breasts; headache; insomnia; increased frequency of urination; passing gas; moodiness etc.
