Hello. : Hello. I suggest sitting on the toilet and bearing down as if you were having a bowel movement. If it is small, it would likely be similiar to passing fecal material (as if with a bowel movement). If all else fails, you can have it removed by a physician.

If : If indeed the rubber ball is small, you should try to poop it out. If you can't, you should go to your local emergency department (ed) for a physician to remove it. Don't be afraid to go out of embarassment. Every experienced ed physician (or general surgeon) has had to deal with this problem. Good luck!
