Of : Of the medications you listed, none of them are known to cause leg/ankle swelling or fluid retention. Amitriptyline can cause some cardiac arrhythmias, however, that potentially could lead to fluid retention, but this is much more common in patients with a preexisting heart problem. I would let your primary care physician know about this swelling. It's probably unrelated to any medication you're taking (especially if the swelling just started and you've been on these meds for a while), but i think you have something else going on that's causing the swelling. Swelling: The swelling you are describing could be related to your medication, yet more importantly these may be signs of more severe problems such as heart failure. See your primary care physician as soon as possible.
