Depends : Depends on your blood pressure and overall health. Many people are on varying doses of lisinopril, all the way up to 40mg twice per day, but the dose depends on how much you need. If you accidentally took an extra tablet as i suspect your question hints at, then the signs of low blood pressure to watch for are dizziness/lightheadedness, severe fatigue, or loss of consciousness. If you are experiencing these then seek medical attention. If not then just be sure that you and your physician review your medications to be sure you are on the right dose.
