Hello. : Hello. First, please let your parents know. Because if there is a chemical in the house, that you are reacting to, they need to get rid of it. If your father has used a new floor polish, please ask him to open the bathroom window/s, place a fan in the room that the directs the flow out the window and to use the regular bathroom fan as well. If the litter is the offending agent, than your parents can look into trying a different brand. You may need to leave the computer room until it is completely aired out. A fan would help there too. Water should be fine. If you haven't eaten, that could be a contributor. As with all health concerns, if it worsens consider seeing a doctor.
