There is wart splitting that is hurting. what do i need to? the wart is under her toe in the crease. she is five years old, and it is bleeding.

Given : Given her age, i would not even attempt to deal with this on your own. Bring her to a podiatrist or dermatologist. Don't be alarmed about the bleeding. Warts are very vascular, and they build a network of blood vessels around themselves, and bleeding is common. No one ever bleed to death from a wart. Keep it clean & dry, cover it with a band aid or some sort of dry, sterile dressing, reassure her it's not anything she did, not a cleanliness issue, and she will be ok. And set up an appointment as soon as you can.
