I have a hard bump ? almost like the start of a boil on the top of my vagina lip or lower pelvic bone. is this something to be worried about. it is sore and painful when touched or squeezed

It is unlikely that it is a tumor, but it would be wise to have a proper exam done of the bump, as soon as possible.
